1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and kxv8 ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the kxv8 online gaming platform, including all games, betting markets, promotions and services available at kxv8.bet.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using the kxv8 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following notification of any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility

Access to the kxv8 platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while their account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kxv8 enforces a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gaming principles applicable to the Bangladesh market.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, date of birth and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, affiliate, agent or immediate family member of an employee of kxv8 or any of its subsidiaries or associated companies.

kxv8 reserves the right to request proof of identity, age and address at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

3Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active kxv8 account at any time. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances (including winnings and bonuses) being forfeited. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account credentials.

• You must keep your login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify kxv8 support immediately if you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, accessed by an unauthorised third party, or that your account has been used without your knowledge or consent.
• kxv8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account names, registered mobile numbers and dates of birth cannot be changed once verified. If you have made an error during registration, contact kxv8 support before submitting any verification documents.

kxv8 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion where there is reasonable cause to believe that the account holder has breached these Terms, is engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kxv8 are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). kxv8 does not apply any currency conversion charge, and your account balance is always displayed in BDT. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• The minimum deposit is ৳200 for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• kxv8 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification may experience delays in withdrawal processing until the required documentation is provided and reviewed.
• Deposits made using funds that are not your own, or via payment accounts that do not belong to you, are strictly prohibited. kxv8 may reverse such deposits and suspend the associated account pending investigation.

kxv8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other violation of these Terms. In such cases, kxv8 will communicate the reason for the hold to the account holder within a reasonable timeframe.

5Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time kxv8 may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms stated on the individual offer page:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the offer page at the time the offer is made available.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering conditions. kxv8 does not permit the sale, transfer or assignment of bonus credits between accounts.
• kxv8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to an eligible player's account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured subject to the wagering conditions applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or structured wagering designed to exploit bonus mechanics — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players only. A player is considered new at the time of their first successful deposit to a newly registered kxv8 account. Welcome bonus terms are stated in full on the Offers & Promotions page and may change from time to time without prior notice.

6Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the kxv8 platform — including but not limited to live casino tables, slot titles, crash games and sports betting markets — operate under the following conditions:

• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. kxv8 does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence the result of any certified RNG-driven game.
• Sports betting odds are set at kxv8's discretion and may be updated at any time prior to the relevant event starting. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the agreed odds are locked and will not change regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In the event of a technical fault, connectivity error or system failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, kxv8 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's account. kxv8 will not be liable for any winnings that would have accrued but for the technical failure.

7Responsible Gaming

kxv8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders, accessible at any time through account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit into your kxv8 account. Deposit limits take effect immediately when set and can only be decreased with immediate effect; increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits — set a maximum duration for any single gaming session. Once the limit is reached, you will be automatically logged out and will not be able to log back in until the session cooling period has elapsed.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kxv8 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds held in the account, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity or structured deposits designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any other software to interact with the platform in a manner that provides an unfair advantage over human players or circumvents platform security measures.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or under a false or assumed identity, for any purpose including claiming multiple welcome bonuses or other first-time player promotions.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes in poker, live casino games or any other game format where player interaction can influence the result.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, game glitches or pricing errors to generate winnings that would not otherwise be obtainable under normal platform operation.

kxv8 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited activity is detected, kxv8 reserves the right to act without prior notice, freeze affected accounts, reverse transactions and refer matters to law enforcement agencies as appropriate.

9Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kxv8 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, loss of profits or any other financial or non-financial loss, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise.

kxv8 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages and events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability. kxv8 will use reasonable endeavours to restore service as quickly as practicable in such circumstances but accepts no liability for losses incurred during periods of unavailability.

10Amendments to These Terms

kxv8 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, kxv8 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered account holders by email or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The date on which the current version of the Terms became effective is stated at the top of this page.

Continued use of the kxv8 platform after any amendments to these Terms have been notified or published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting kxv8 support.
